Autonomous Staffing

Autonomous staffing is an idea that I came up with in the course of helping an organization deal more effectively with its professional-services staffing needs as it scaled up. I haven’t actually implemented it anywhere, so consider it an unproven idea that you are welcome to try to adapt in your context.
