Employee Advocacy

I published a post in 2014 on the work we were doing at Asynchrony to improve the organization’s employee-review and feedback system, “An agile approach to the traditional performance review.” We ultimately named it the Advocacy Program and developed supporting materials to guide our people who participated in it. In the interest of openly sharing practices for the good of the community, I am making some of the materials available here.
